This Refund Policy applies to purchases of NightPulse paid features (such as NightPulse Plus and Venue Pro), operated by Night Pulse App ("we", "us", "our").
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Payments are securely processed by Stripe, which acts as Merchant of Record for our orders and handles payment processing, billing, tax and disputes. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
To request a refund, contact our support team at nightpulseliveapp@gmail.com. Please include the email address used at purchase so we can locate your order.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling stops future renewals but, outside the money-back guarantee period, does not automatically refund the current term.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including any mandatory refund or cancellation rights under applicable consumer law.
