1. Who we are

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of NightPulse paid features (such as NightPulse Plus and Venue Pro), operated by Night Pulse App ("we", "us", "our").

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

3. How refunds are processed

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all payments, billing and returns. Refunds are therefore processed by Paddle.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at support@night-pulse.live. Please include the email address used at purchase so we can locate your order.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling stops future renewals but, outside the money-back guarantee period, does not automatically refund the current term.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including any mandatory refund or cancellation rights under applicable consumer law.
