NightPulse is operated by Night Pulse App ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using NightPulse you are contracting with Night Pulse App and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. NightPulse is intended for users aged 18 and over.

NightPulse helps users discover clubs, bars, nightlife venues and events and shows estimated, real-time crowd levels. Crowd levels and venue information are provided for guidance only and may not always be accurate, complete or up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

You agree not to misuse the service, including submitting false information, harassing other users, attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping data, or using the app for unlawful purposes. You must comply with all venue rules and local laws.

Check-in, planned attendance and automatic check-out features rely on your location and input. You agree to use these features honestly. False or manipulated check-ins may result in account restrictions.

When submitting an event you confirm you have the authority and permission to do so and that the information is accurate. We may approve, reject, edit or remove any submission at our discretion. You are responsible for the lawfulness and safety of any event you promote.

Venue claims are subject to verification. By claiming a venue you confirm you are authorised to represent it. Venue Pro features and analytics are provided "as is" and may change. We may revoke access where ownership cannot be verified or terms are breached.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Paid features (such as NightPulse Plus and Venue Pro) renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy for details on how to request a refund through Paddle.

NightPulse and its content, branding and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without permission. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a licence to host, display and distribute it within the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of crowd levels, venue details or event listings, nor uninterrupted or error-free operation. Always exercise personal judgement and safety when going out.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NightPulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for events, venues or third-party conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
